I need a picture of my daughter and son in laws lovely cat this Friday as an antidote to dullness and gloom. Here in North Norfolk the day has started grey and cool, my 5 week old hip replacement is causing me to walk like spotty dog from an episode of the "Woodentops" which, if you can recall it, makes you of a similar age to myself! Nevertheless I have spent 10 minutes on the exercise bike trying to get the reluctant muscles working again. This is my second hip replacement in a year, so I am desperate to get back to normal, whatever that is, and not miss out on another summer.
